La Bastide de l’Abey est située à la périphérie de Vence dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Une voiture est recommandée, il y a plusieurs places de parking.
La maison est en pierres et a une vue mer magnifique du Cap d’Antibes à la baie des Anges.
Il y a deux appartements loués chacun avec un accès à la rue et un jardin séparés. Il peuvent être loués séparément (étant totalement indépendants et sans interférence l’un avec l’autre) ou ensemble.
Seul l’appartement supérieur (T7) a accès à la piscine.
La plage est à 15 minutes en voiture.

L’appartement supérieur est côté 4 étoiles par le conseil général.
Il est meublé avec goût, a une vue de la Méditerranée à couper le souffle.
Il a une piscine protégée (6x10m) avec vue mer.
Le séjour fait 90 m2. Il a une baie vitrée dominant la mer et on peut y dîner à trente en cas de fête.
La cuisine comporte une gazinière avec 5 feux, un réfrigérateur avec congélateur, un lave-vaisselle. Il y a près de la piscine une cuisine d’été avec réfrigérateur, une cuisinière avec four, un four à pizza et un lave-linge.
Il peut loger jusqu’à 8 personnes :
une chambre avec un lit double et vue mer,
une très grande chambre avec lits jumeaux, vue mer et salle d'eau,
une chambre avec lits jumeaux, vue montagne et salle d'eau,
une chambre avec lits jumeaux sans vue,
une salle de bain,
un WC.
Pour les grands groupes une salle d’eau supplémentaire avec WC est disponible.

Le 3 pièces est côté 3 étoiles par l’office du tourisme et le conseil général.
Il a une vue incroyable de la Méditerranée et un très beau jardin idéal pour les jeux de vos enfants si vous en avez ou pour vous pour dîner à l’extérieur (BBQ).
Il peut loger jusqu’à 6 personnes. Il a un séjour avec cuisine américaine et un canapé convertible, une chambre avec un lit double ou on peut ajouter un futon pour une personne, une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux, une salle d’eau et une salle de bain avec WC.
Etant situé sous les chambres de l’appartement supérieur, il n’y a pas de nuisance sonore.

It stands in the outskirts of Vence in a residential and very quiet area. A car is recommended, there is space to park several cars. The house is in stones and has a magnificentview of the ocean.
There are two rented apartments each with a separate garden and gate. They can be rented separately (being totally independent) or together. Only the upper, larger apartment has access to the pool.
The beach is at 15 minutes by car.
7 rooms apartment
It is rated officially 4 stars by the tourism ministry.
It is nicely furnished, has a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and an enclosed pool (6x10m) overlooking the sea.
It has a 90 sqm (900 square feet) living room with a bay window overlooking the sea. You can have diner for 30 in case of celebration.
The kitchen is well equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, dish washer). There is also a summer kitchen near the pool with stove, oven, pizza oven, fridge, washing machine.
It can accommodate up to 8 persons:
4 bedrooms (three with twin beds and two with double bed, with either sea or mountain view),
1 bathroom with WC and 2 shower rooms (en-suite).
3 rooms apartment
It is rated officially 3 stars by the tourism ministry.
It has an incredible view of the Mediterranean and a beautiful garden which will be ideal for your kids to play if any and you to rest and have outdoor meals or BBQ.
It can accommodate up to 6 persons: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a convertible sofa bed in the living room, two bathrooms (one with bathtub and WC, the other with shower).
